1277 kcal Fat: 32.74g | Prot: 78.97g | Carb: 179.00g.   Breakfast: Bob's Red Mill Organic Oat Bran, Voskos Plain Low Fat Greek Yogurt, Grapes, Bananas, Coffee, tesko soy milk. Lunch: Carrots, Teriyaki Salmon, Piccadilly Buttered Steamed Cabbage, Trader Joe's Fully Cooked Long Grain Brown Rice, Almonds. Dinner: Sweet Onions, Morey's Marinated Wild Caught Salmon, home made salad with crab surimi. Snacks/Other: Pummelo, Feldkamp Fitness Bread, Morey's Marinated Wild Alaskan Salmon, Apple Juice, Apples. more...
