1657 kcal Fat: 70.04g | Prot: 88.43g | Carb: 175.57g.   Breakfast: chia, Gala Apples, Body Fortress Protein Shake, Milk (2% Lowfat Without Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids). Lunch: Boiled Egg, Wish-Bone Light Italian Dressing, Great Value 4% Cottage Cheese, Mushrooms, Green Leaf Lettuce, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Tomatoes. Dinner: frozen french green beens, butter, Gorton's Lemon Pepper Grilled Fish Fillets, Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Caramel Coconut and Fudge Cookies, Kettles Sea Salt Krinkle Cut Potato Chips, Oil Popped White Popcorn, Banana, Sabra Classic Hummus, Bell Peppers, Celery, Carrots, Radish. more...
