HOW to loose 25 pounds in a jiffy!

The most important meal of the day?
NO doubt it is of course BREAKFAST!

I had Breakfast for Breakfast,
also I had Breakfast for Lunch
and I had Breakfast for Dinner.
202.8 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
