I got a full 8 hrs of sleep last night, 1:30am to 9:30am, but I feel foggy. Maybe that's too much sleep for me. Tonight I need to make an effort to get in bed by midnight and read myself to sleep like I used to. I have piles of books stacked on my bedside table that I want to read, starting with the Stieg Larsson series. For Christmas, I got Sh!t My Dad Says from Boo and Kitchen Confidential from Mr Coco.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hubby is blind and so he has talking books....we read them together every night, for, oh, at least 5 minutes before I am off to lala land. lol Enjoy your books!

Hi Coco....reading books is a wonderful way to beat the Winter Blues...Escape into the pages and enjoy...I am glad you are getting your beauty sleep as I believe sleep is an important part of taking care of our bodies..TOWANDA!!!!
