climbed a mile high mountain with a pully dog. then ate lightly since. There's one problem with my new job. we get free soups on our shifts and the soups are full of sodium. been retaining a lot of fluid on top of gaining muscle mass from all the exercising I've been doing. Just finally got over being sore today!
154.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
