Ate ok this week, but it was hard being at my mothers and having no access to healthy food and no real exercise other than cleaning and playing with the dogs. Learned alot about food that I dont normally eat, and how many calories are in them (turkey wings!). Can't wait to get back home and gouge on alot of fruit and veggies from the farmers market. Although I have to travel again this weekend!
139.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
