This past 7 days the diet within 1200 calories went out the window. I don't know how much I ate but I will just say 3000 per day to be safe. I am changing my goal to 152 since 160 was not enough.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
