[color]Today i joined fatsecret.com which is going ok so far. I joined a challenge board so hopefully i can stick it out i have a lotta weight to lose in just 12 weeks. Kinda set myself up cause in order to reach my goal i have to lose 4.85 pounds a week.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You have set a high weight loss amount for yourself each week. You are new and I hope you do not get discouraged if that does not happen. You will hit plateau's and those are rough to sit out but it is our body adjusting to what we lose. I wish you all the luck, and welcome to FatSecret, this is an amazing group of people. :-)
