Doing pretty well on my eating. Saturday and Sunday I went for dinner so I had more calories. Saturday when I ate out, I ordered a smaller portion and opted for veggies instead of potato. I also had water instead of pop. Sunday I ate a good lunch but at dinner I ate a lot! I got right back on track though and have been exercising everyday, but took Sunday off as a rest day. I feel confident that I'll keep it up and am happy I lost some weight already!
