Woo hoo! I haven't been able to break 120 in a long, long time. Of course, I haven't quite broken it yet, but this is big progress. I've made a lot of changes to my diet based on the CarbLovers' book, and it seems to be working. I'd like to actually do the immersion plan, but I'm too often being fed by other people and can't control what I'm having for dinner.

On the exercise front, my New Year's Resolution is to exercise every single day. 10 minutes is fine if that is all I've got, but no more full days with little to no activity!
120.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
