Back in October I recorded a waist measurement of 31" - I'm down to 29" today. Yippee! I'm about 32" a couple of inches below my bellybutton though, and definitely need to work to get that down. Hips are about 37" (but it's hard to get that measurement right).
Here are my goal measurements: Waist 27" Hips 32" (I know, this is a big drop!!)
Having said that, I know that body size, shape, weight are not the best reasons for eating right and exercising. I'm already feeling much better since starting my exercise every day routine with the CarbLovers eating plan.
