My official weight this morning is 129.5kg.

I didnt expect to get into the 129's this week as I was aiming for the lower 130's but clearing the 130kg by 0.5k is such a huge bonus :)

Total loss is now 8.1kg after 16 days of starting my 2021 journey.

285.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 9.9 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

THanks everyone! Wgstoma - I have no idea! I don't count calories except on Tuesdays where I aim for around 1600 calories or less with maximum 50g net carbs.
