a little discouraged maybe no bread today more fruit and veggies
216.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 36.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Following the GI diet, you are not allowed more than 25 gramms of whole-wheat bread a day, about 40 gramms of pasta, rice etc. but as many veggies as you want. Oh and 1 1/2 half times your weight in kgs in gramms of protein. As in you weigh 98 kg and you should eat roughly 147 gramms of protein. And do 20 minutes of cardio a day. When I followed that principle strictly I lost continously, the trouble is sticking to it. Tell me if you need recipes.
