This week I only did one fast day. My sewer line broke and I spent the week working with the city, my neighbors, and multiple contractors trying to get the work done asap, while having the city take financial responsibility for their part of the damage. I felt that fasting - which impacts my ability to be nimble & right on was not the best option while dealing with all this. I gave myself a day off mid-week, and jumped back on it this weekend. Didn't loose any weight this week, but didn't gain any either :)
