How can this be .I was eating normal around max 1500 Cal /day diet .and Also not Riding cycle now only riding bike .Still weight losss.Or is this due to calorie deficit. But I want to ride cycle to use my muscles not ride a bike.
147.5 lb Lost so far: 22.9 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.9 lb a week
