During the summer my calorie balance was poor with increased intake and avg spend reduced to below 3000.
I ended up with 21000 calorie surplus over 4 months and of course almost 3 kg more. Now started again to set minimum calories burn goals and try to keep my calorie under 2100 per day

My basic consumption has gone down considerably
190.0 lb Lost so far: 70.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.3 lb a week
