doing my 28 day detox again. feeling good and strong. lots of cardio. just need to get disciplined about my Pilate's and strength training again!
254.0 lb Lost so far: 41.8 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.9 lb a week
