Scale HAS to be lying to me. Under 280! BAM!!! Now just keep with the dedication to portion control and exercise. Still don't want to get too confident but I can see the goal more clearer now. BOY! I have not felt this good in years.
278.6 lb Lost so far: 49.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
