this in my post workout, pre meal amd water weight. it's about the same weight I got this past Friday morning(completely empty system). Going into the sixth week of the challenge and feeling great with the results!! Keep moving forward!!!
329.4 lb Lost so far: 66.6 lb.    Still to go: 79.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.5 lb a week
