Well, I have lost 5 pounds in two weeks. I had a doctor's appointment two weeks ago, and the number 189. I was not happy, it also does not help that I was stress eating. So seeing that number today made me feel good. I am signed up for a walking challenge at my job. My pedometer has a calories burned setting, and wow is that an eye opener. Just because I am walking stairs and walking to my car. OR even walking around a store, I not really burning that many calories. If I get anything out of this challenge, is that I definitely need change my eating habits.
184.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
