My report says I’m losing a silly amount of weight per week. That’s not really accurate. The first week I lost all water weight so that is about 5-6 lbs of it. Don’t get discouraged when you slow down or even go up a little. It’s a lifestyle not a chapter.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
