Not to bad for the first week. I just have to keep it and not slip out of my routine. Almost 5 pounds down in one week, but I think I can do better this week as I will be starting very light exercising. I'm thinking some yoga and a long walk would be very helpful today. Good luck to everyone and stay strong this weekend :)
232.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 67.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
