As I journey through this weight loss process and trying to improve my nutrition and overall health I found that no matter the circumstances we learn a lot about ourselves.
So you didn't lose weight today...
bask in the encouragement you receive from others & find strength in not giving up.
Ok you stayed the same weight..learn to be patient and keep doing what you think is helping you and stick with the plan. Good things come to those who wait on the Lord...don't jump ship.
Good for you for those who lost weight! It doesn't matter how much it still shows progress and celebrate your achievements! Don't let anyone steal your joy.
Most of all love and encourage yourself and others. Be happy in the moment!
220.4 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 53.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
