These last few days I've been eating mostly junk food but I also haven't been eating much. Exercise has been on halt for like 2 or 3 days This wasn't planned, of course. I'll try to resume my healthy habits starting today :)
127.6 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
