well i lost 1 pound. kind of frustrating because i was down to 145 and slowly let myself get up to 149. its hard to get back into the swing of dieting. i had a couple of cheat meals and snacks and oh beverages. hopefully i will do better this week and knock off 2 pounds!!
148.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
