First week of the challenge and I've lost 5lbs! Best of all I had to very poor days of my own food monitoring.

I should have lost more than 5lbs in a week, nonetheless, it's slow progress.
268.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
