Meal 3: salad w/diet dressing

Snack; South Beach power bar

Meal 4: Morning Star burger, 1 cup brown rice

Snack; Celery sticks

35 mins treadmill
224.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 21.0 lb a week

I'm not that hungry -- I guess there's something to the 'eat every three hours' strategy. I also started drinking water at my desk and that seems to help quiet the hunger pangs till the next meal. Maybe I can go two days in a row without coloring outside the lines on my diet... ;)
