Just read about carb night. This looks like it would fit my dieting plan completely. I am tired of constantly wanting to lose 20 pounds. I really need to do something. I kinda gave up on working out since, it is frustrating to work out for 20 minutes and only burn 100 calories. Much easier to cut calories. It is true when they say, lose weight in the kitchen and get fit in the gym. I am hoping keeping track of my food intake will help me get back on track.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
