Another bad week no exercise last week because I had the week off for the school holidays unfortunately I didn't reduce my calorie intake to compensate so have paid the price. Another week this week this week to redeem myself
217.8 lb Lost so far: 93.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
