YES YES YES!!! Five pounds. EARNED. If anyone here wants to lose weight and is committed, check out my food diary... because it's working. And I have not been doing any excess exercise. And you know what? Maintaining the diet isn't hard. It's not time consuming. So no excuses people! It's about making it a priority. Yesterday I weighed myself. I went to a party last night. I drank a non-alcoholic beer and cranberry-soda in the face of free-flowing Moet champagne, and turned down very expensive and decadant-looking chocolate cake (this was no Dairy Queen dream, my friends, you could've decorated this cake with Swarovski crystals and it wouldn't have looked ridiculous). And you know why??? FIVE POUNDS.
