Reduced my calorie intake and drank lots of water (3-4L), which helped a lot with cravings. Now need to get back on the exercise routine 🏋️‍♀️🤸‍♀️🚴‍♀️which I dread because it's hard BUT success never came from comfort.
136.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week
