My official weight this morning is 132.8kg.
Extremely happy to restart my journey so positively :) The years of experimenting has given me the knowledge to apply and yield the results. My first week is always the biggest drop as my body starts shedding water from its fat cells and primes them for burning up into energy.
I will post my measurements from Monday as soon as I find the page I wrote them down on.
