Today is the start if a new challenge and a new journey to better health. I haven't stepped on a scale in a long time and seeing 266 was shocking! Today starts a journey to shed weight in small manageable and sustainable ways and keep it off for the rest of my life. I refuse to let drift and complacency be my norm. Let's do this!
266.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 46.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
