Back on the wagon and surprisingly I didn't gain as much as I thought. Trying intermittent fasting, did it for about 2 years and helped a lot with my arthritis.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 59.5 lb.    Still to go: 61.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
