Ketones 0.0 this morning. No wonder I've been so hungry. I just had a shower and decaf with 3 Mcdonald's creamers. I need/want to go to the store. I want so veggies and some heavy cream. Also to get away from the house. I finished the book I was reading so will look for another to read at the park nearby. Getting really tired of the isolation due to Covid19 restrictions. Just have to make the best day I can.
