I actually started eating healthier last Friday. In just one week I lost over 4 lbs! I hope it continues to fall off of me this quickly for a few more weeks :)
173.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
