Ok so yesterday really was a good day for me and in just a couple days things are falling into place. Didn't really eat alot yesterday however when I got on the scale I could already start to see a difference. The common theme seems to be around CHEESE. Good thing my state produces alot.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
