Well,since yesteday afteroon had Chily chicken had too much of it .I thought my weight would increas also hadn't gone for cycling in evenign also ate nearly rice dal,chily chicken at dinner and when i measured my weight in empty stomach it was 68.0 just only 400gms more to go .
