Ce matin, 175.8 lbs avec 18.6% de gras et 58% eau. Je m'entraîne maintenant 2 fois/semaine (une heure et demie de musculation suivie d'une demi-heure de cardio). Je continue encore sur la même diète.
175.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
