I have never had such a wrotten day on a diet. The entire day was just one big craving. I tried to stay away from the house for most of the day, but I had to be home by 3:00 to babysit and then it was a long night of bad decisions.
I am praying that today goes better.
179.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
