What do you mean out of test strips??? Man, I follow you BSF closely and cheer you silently from across the ocean. I was tempted to say something "nasty" when the numbers went up last month..Then I said to myself, leave the man alone, he is visiting family and he will get back on track. Boy was I happy when the number went below 100!! Great job man. Keep it up. P.S. The main reason I did not say anything was because my caloric intake was too high too. But I am sill here and doing great. P.S.S. How did you manage to loose 4 Kg in one day between Oct1 and 2?? Was it like a detox following the splurging? I have experienced 2 Kgs in one day but never more than that. Is it possible that you were using a different scale when you visited your family? Desperate.
