shedding another pound, i feel like i'm exactly the same. i feel the same, i look the same. the only difference is in the scale. makes me wonder if i'm really just weighing my clothes.

i've been really good about eating right. exersising could go better. i think starting today i'm going to try and record more of what i eat.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

Stay with the calorie counting. I made my profile count for sedinatary though I am lightly active and the calories allowed to take in for the day are much less so I think more about eating because the daily allowances are less. May be that will help. It seems to take more than 5 lbs before I have seen any visible difference except for the scale. So don't be discouraged. I weigh in the morning with hardly anything on so I know I am not weighing the clothes. Stay motivated. You can do it.
