Thursday’s weigh in, granted it was mid-day and not first thing in the morning. Passed 193! And counting! Need to go to bed earlier and get more sleep... still counting my calories and controlling portions through the holidays... this is hard!
191.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
