End of Period...hopefully numbers will increase. Consistently ran 2X daily and stayed below the daily calorie goal. Hmmmm.
Goal of the Week: Maintain 4-5 miles a day...no snacks until Sunday. Looking for loss of 3 lbs (-10500 cal) by 10/8.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
