Ugh..a little disappointed but it's all good. Hoping to see a loss tomorrow..haven't slept well the last few nights I know that doesn't help.
Today's my bday..may give in a little :(
141.5 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
