I am a 33 year old mother of 2..10 & 11..I stay at home w/ my kids mostly but I do work very part time..I homeschool both my kids..which is very rewarding yet challenging to get "me" time & to get in work outs!!
I tipped the scale at my heaviest other than when I was pregnant at 165 at that weight,I had no energy, no self confidence and basicly just wanted to eat and veg on the coach on any given day! My husband & I were planing a cruise on Oct 1,2010..so I had some motivation!! I started this lifestyle change on July 7,2010 so far I have taken off 28 1/2 lbs! I did gained 2 1/2 while on the cruise but this week I am getting those off!! My goal is 130 which I haven't seen since I got married in 1995...I would be confortable around 130-135 to maintain!
My husband is doing this with me aswell with makes it much easier!!
