Realized it was time to get back on a diet when I began weighing myself again. I have become vegetarian with vegan leanings during the last few months. I instituted bean day over a year ago, but I am taking that concept farther with the support of my sweet hubby. He is not as strict as I am, but he is willing to cook and eat mostly vegetarian at home.

I am grateful that he is there with me on this.
