Getting Internet soon which will help massively. Fasted all day yesterday until now. October, I'm ready for change. Time to be keto adapted once again. The problem? It was my work. Too much easy carbs lying around. Must pack my lunches.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
