Well, I haven't weighed in for a while now since I haven't been around the scale I use and trust. I am so excited to have lost anything at all. I'm almost in the 160's which I haven't been there since I've had my son. It's pretty exciting! I honestly feel this is the best diet ever. It takes a long time to lose the weight, but I'm not going hungry!
