So I have been a bad dieter these last few weeks. I say I'm going to eat well and exercise and then I don't and then I get disappointed in myself. So I had to break the cycle. I quit dieting/exercising for a week. Didn't gain or lose any weight thankfully. But this week I am back in action. Eating healthy and exercising as much as possible. Still sure my toe is broke so I am not running for a while. I am picking up my bike tomorrow and hopefully I can start doing that more while my toe heals. Either way I'm ready to get back in the groove!
